Robert Keegan
Robert Keegan is the Managing Partner of Keegan, Werlin & Pabian, LLP. He specializes in Energy, Regulatory, and Public Utility Law. Before entering private law practice in 1988, Mr. Keegan was a Commissioner for two terms at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities from 1983-1988 and prior to that he was Deputy Regional Counsel at the U.S. Dept. of Energy. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Northeast Gas Association and former President and current Treasurer of the Society of Gas Lighting.
