Allison Hart
Allison Hart has over twenty years of experience in public sector and non-profit management, and has consulted with numerous public, private and non-profit organizations in management development, strategic business planning and energy planning. She was the City Manager of Irvine, California and during her tenure served as the President of the statewide California League of Cities City Manager's Department. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from USC.
